These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

These terms and conditions relate to all orders placed with Blue Frog Embroidery, Halifax Road, Brighouse, HD6 2ED United Kingdom (we, us, the company etc) by the customer (you).

1. By Placing an order with ourselves, (either via our website, social media or over the phone) you accept these terms and conditions.
2. Variation to these terms and conditions can only be made by us in writing
3. The Prices that apply to any order are those offered on our website at the time of ordering or with any valid quote produced by ourselves.
4. All prices are subject to carriage charges.
5. Our Prices are reviewed on a regular basis.
6. Full payment is due upon ordering unless other written terms are agreed.
7. We may refuse to accept and order for the following reasons:
   • Goods are unavailable.
   • If there has been a pricing or description error
   • We haven't received payment authorisation.
   • If the personalisation could be deemed offensive or abusive.
   • Personalisation could breach Copy right infringement
8. An expected delivery date will be advised upon acceptance of your order.
9. We will normally deliver goods within 14 days from date of acceptance, but for large quantity orders with 4 or more logos, delivery could be up to 12 weeks from date of acceptance.
10. Ownership of the goods will pass over to you upon full payment of the goods.
11. You must notify us within 3 working days if delivery has not been made by advised delivery date.
12. Claims for short or damaged goods will not be accepted unless notified on the delivery note.
13. Cancellation of personalised goods can only be accepted before the production commences.
14. Once you have confirmed details of your design for embroidery or printing, any errors that may be contained become your responsibility and will be amended/replaced at your own cost.
15. We are unable to accept returns of personalised and customised items.
16. In the event that any goods are found to be faulty, this should be reported to us within 5 working days of delivery. We will then make necessary arrangements to address this problem
17. We will replace faulty goods at our own expense, but cannot be held liable for any labour costs, administrative costs, loss of earnings and other compensation relating to the goods.
18. We cannot be held liable for any delay or failure caused by acts of God or other contingencies outside of our control.
19. Measurements and sizes are offered as a guide only and are offered in good faith. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information or the suitability for any product.
20. The colour of any product may not be the exact colour that is displayed by your monitor. Please be aware of this when ordering. If you know the exact pan-tone colours you require please inform us of these and we will match the colours to the best of our ability.
21. Any garment provided by the customer, is done so at their own risk and compensation will not be made due to any damage inadvertently being caused.
22. We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time and offer a full refund.
23. We retain the rights to all designs, and, in our costings do not sell on the rights to these designs, or the original files eg digitized embroidery designs, vectors etc. If you require this please ask at the time of ordering, as an additional costing will apply.
24. The information on this site is copyright of Blue Frog Embroidery. You may copy the information for the sole purpose of ordering from us. Any other use of this site and its contents is prohibited without our written agreement.
